| The purpose of this Law is to provide health protection of natural persons, national and public security and to meet the requirements stipulated by international agreements and covenants of Georgia on HIV infection /AIDS. This Law specifies the main principles of HIV infection/AIDS response, matters of HIV testing of natural persons, treatment and care of HIV infected/AIDS patients, their attendance as well as the rights and liabilities of HIV infected/AIDS patients and medical personnel. |
