683-IIS - On Concerning Preventive Measures against Infection of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (AIDS)

This Law determines basic principles of struggle against HIV-infection AIDS in Georgia, problems and legal regime of HIV-infection testing of citizens, treatment and preventive observation of HIV-infected AIDS patients as well as rights and duties of HIV-infected AIDS patients and medical workers, problems of their social protection.
