2911-IS - On the Control over Technical Sphere

This Law defines the objects of high technical hazard the production, construction, maintenance, transportation, turnover, use and demolition of which contains the possibility of destruction, explosion, emission and intoxication and represents the increased risk to the human life, health, property and environment and regulates processes related with them.

Notes

Law 1420-IIS (On Hazardpous Chemical Substances) is null and void upon the effective date of Law 2911-IS (On the Control over Technical Sphere).
